Return and Refund Policy
We welcome all qualifying returns, for store credit only. We must receive your return within 14 days from expected date of delivery to you. We do not issue refunds. If you need another size - we encourage you to return your order for store credit and once we receive your return you can then purchase the new size you would like with your store credit. Store credits will expire in 3 months from the day they are created.
Please inspect all items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of delivery to you in order to process return. We will happily get you taken care of and apologize if this happens! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before leaving our facility.
Please do not use scissors when opening the packages!
All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and with all included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt; unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
You are responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the return is approved you will receive instructions. Once the items are received we will issue you store credit only.

The following products are not eligible for return:
Smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor.
Has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify.
Item must be in its original condition with tags attached.
Free gifts or promotional items.
Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return.
No bralettes and other intimate apparel for hygienic purposes.
For Hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL on jewelry and accessories.
Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 5 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account email in the amount of the item(s). Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you ship back any item(s) that is ineligible for return, you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned to you at your cost. If arrangements are not made, after 30 days the item(s) will be donated to a local charity for women.
Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment
If you need to make any changes to your original order, please call us at 731-483-0075 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Tuesday-Friday 11:00am - 6:00pm CST, Saturday 11:00am - 4:00pm CST and closed on Holidays. If it is during non-business hours please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been processed, we will do our best to modify the contents of your order but once it is sent to ship we will be unable to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Orders cannot be cancelled.
